classic in their look. If you don't have a laundry room or you want a
decorative feature in your kitchen or living room, you needn't hide the Classic Kitchen Maid Clothes Airer away - it's a feature in itself, even when retracted up to the ceiling and not in use. The cast iron frame that holds the laths (strips of wood) firmly in position are elegantly finished and

A period piece in clothes drying
The clothes airer uses a
pulley system (hence the term pulley airer) to operate, which allows you to move the clothes drier up and down as and when you need to use it. When you have no clothes to dry, retract it right up where it
sits gracefully in the top thirteen inches from the ceiling. When you need it, the rope and pulleys allow you to
drop the clothes rack down for loading.
