Suspension options

The standard arrangement for suspending airers consists of one single and one double pulley. The cord is taken over to a cleat mounted on the wall. Sufficient cord is generally supplied to suspend airers from ceiling height of 2.7m / 9 feet. To minimise the rate of wear of the cord, ensure that the cord is pulled in-line with the pulley.



If you want to take the cord vertically down the side of a wall, then you will need one extra Double Pulley and more cord. This should be ordered at the same time as the airer. For longer reaches, please order extra cord.



To take the cord out, to one side, and down a wall, you will need two extra double pulleys. If you want the cleat mounted further away then please order extra cord.
